Seafood Rice Bowl: Fresh, Filling & Flavorful

Seafood rice bowls are a delicious and satisfying meal that can be enjoyed any time of the year. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked white rice
  • 6-8 pieces of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of mixed seafood (such as mussels, squid, and scallops)
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the seafood (shrimp, mixed seafood) to the skillet and cook until they are fully cooked.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour this sauce over the seafood mixture and stir well to coat.
  4. Serve the seafood mixture over a bed of cooked white rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
