  • 1 red chili, minced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

To start, prepare the marinade for the pork by combining the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and chili in a bowl. Add the sliced pork to the marinade, making sure it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

While the pork is marinating, cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, and rice vinegar to make the spicy dip. Adjust the taste with salt, pepper, and sugar as needed.
