Steamed Chicken with Garlic: Simple and Healthy

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey to create a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat each breast evenly. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken has marinated, remove it from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature while you prepare the steamer.

  8. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the steamer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
