Traditional Chinese Sausage Fried Rice: Savory and Sweet

Traditional Chinese sausage fried rice is a classic favorite in Chinese cuisine. Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 Chinese sausages, sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
