Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the tofu. Cut the block into cubes and press out any excess water using a tofu press or by wrapping it in paper towels and placing a heavy object on top for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the tofu cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
